Blister molding, that is, plastic sheet (plate) material thermoforming processing technology, is one of the plastic secondary processing industry technology, for plastic sheet (board) material, heating, using mold, vacuum or pressure to make sheet (board) Deformation, to achieve the required shape and size, supplemented by supporting processes to achieve application purposes. The plastic processing technology, after heating and softening the flat plastic hard sheet, is vacuum-adsorbed on the surface of the mold, cooled and formed, and is widely used in plastic packaging, lighting, advertising, decoration and other industries.
The general process is: plastic sheet - cutting - sheet fixing - heating - forming - demoulding - stripping edge - finished product
[The requirements of plastic forming for plastic molding]:
1. Blister molding can only produce products with relatively uniform wall thickness (generally chamfered at a slightly thinner point), and can not produce plastic products with widely different wall thicknesses.
2. The wall thickness of the plastic forming is generally in the range of 1 to 2 mm or thinner (the most commonly used thickness of the blister-packed sheet for small packaging is 0.15 to 0.25 mm)
3. The stretchability of plastic molded products is limited. The diameter of plastic molded plastic containers is not more than 1 in diameter and should not exceed 1.5 in extreme cases.
4. The dimensional accuracy of plastic forming is poor, and the relative error is generally more than one percent.
