HONY Mold vulcanization
In the molded vulcanization mold or semi-finished product model, the vulcanization process is heated under pressure. The blanks loaded into the model can be manually made into the specified weight and shape, and the semi-finished products with the same weight and shape can be used in the preforming mechanism. In molded rubber products, when there are skeleton materials such as metal or fabric, the metal parts need to be surface cleaned or coated, and the fabric needs to be glued or coated. Large molded vulcanized products such as tires are subjected to microwave heating pre-vulcanization. Molding by casting can reduce the amount of lost glue in the mold vulcanization. The model articles have a die-casting method, namely, flat molding, transfer molding, and injection molding. The advantage of the flat-plate molding vulcanization method is that it can adapt to the larger size, metal or fabric skeleton, several rubber compound combinations, and low-temperature long-time vulcanized model vulcanized products. The J casting method requires low hardness, surface molding or injection pressure. The law requires a high degree of chaos. The temperature and time J pressure of the molding vulcanization must be strictly controlled and controlled.
