I. Introduction
 
Hony® 3640 Epoxy Glass Fiber Laminate is a laminate made of electroless alkali-free glass cloth impregnated with epoxy phenolic resin. It has high mechanical and dielectric properties and is suitable for use in motors and electrical equipment. Insulated structural components and can be used in humid environmental conditions and transformer oils.
 
Surface technical requirements
Appearance: The surface should be smooth and smooth, no air bubbles, impurities and other obvious defects are allowed, and slight scratches are allowed; the edges should be cut neatly, and the end faces must not have delamination and cracks.
